Is everyone still having as hard a time as I am with short sales. I have not had a short sale go easily. They have been nightmares. I just lost another buyer because the bank dragged their feet. This is the fourth customer I lost since the first of the year. The first one was a cash a buyer he waited six months and never got an answer. The most recent one waited for months and Friday the other realtor called after we sent the cancellation of contract in and now the bank said they will answer in 24 hours and we could possibly close 72 hours after that. Isnt amazing on how fast they want to close now. My buyer said they made me wait till now and now they want to put pressure me and put a rush on it. He said no way will he buy it now. I just would like to know if anyone else is having these types of problems with short sales.

Yes, same issue here. Potentially losing a buyer since bank dragged their feet for 4 months. It is unbelieveable. Furthermore, the agent indicated he has another buyer and will submit the offer. We've contacted him to no avail. Some agents are related to pinochios....but we have to move on.
