--> Not trying to scare anyone here but, I have seen some people of recent who would have saved some money had they done research prior to writing a check, I had a pool put in, I took the bid from the guy with the least amount of complaints and lawsuits, I paid a little more but my pool is finished. That's better than some can say
- With the market down there are some great buys right now, there are also so people preying on that perception as well
- From the beginning we promoted safe, responsible investing
- please do not assume that we at the SWFL REIA do diligence on each member its not possible
- You should be doing your own due diligence before writing anyone a check
- Now this does not necessarily mean that someone is a crook if they are on the list but at least start asking some serious questions if they are.
