I have to change the subject for a minute. Have you ever been run over by a bicycle? That happened to me just last night. True story! I learned that bicycles that do not have lights can't be seen when you cross the street in the dark, and they can't see you if you're wearing black leather! Pain comes shockingly fast & sharp! Believe me--I'm lucky to be alive! Now how can I tie this into real estate? I believe that when the market turns around, we will be 6 months into it before we even realize what happened. Therefore, turn the lights on and don't delay--buy today! Take your black jacket off, and let's start looking at homes.
