First, Tracy Pottsboro lost her job and then when she couldn't make her mortgage payments, she lost her house to foreclosure. She went to the actuion in Dallas to see her home being lost to her. Also at the action was Marilyn Mock, a Marilyn Mock, a small-business owner from Rockwall, Texas. She was with her son who was intending to purcahse a property at the Actuion. Marilyn Mock was sitting near Tracy and and noticed that she was upset. She was crying and Marilyn asked her what was wrong. Tracy told her that she lost her house and that it was being put up for auction. When Tracy's house came up for action, Mailyn Mock asked Tracy Pottsboro if the house was worth the starting price? Tracy said yes.
Mailyn Mock ended up winning the auction, with a bid of about $30,000. And, the home once again is home to Tracy. Marilyn will need to take out a bank loan to pay for half the cost. She will let Tracy and her family live in the house and make payments to her instead of the bank.
