Do You Think They're Trying to Sell it?

For Sale By Someone to Everyone At All Times

I was whizzing down the street recently when I passed this profusely advertised home.  The Question comes to mind...Could anyone have missed the fact that this home was for sale?  Marketing a property is about more than putting a sign in the yard.  Another good reason to trust the marketing of your West Michigan home to an online, internet savvy real estate professional in Grand Rapids, MI!  Contact Audu Real Estate to explore the benefits of professional representation.

Oh, the photo made me laugh!  They definitely need your help! It will definitely be one to keep an eye on.  Let us know when the sold sign goes up. LOL

Lola,

I'd love to see what this owner does at Christmas time.  I'll bet their decorations are exuberant!

Lola, that's really funny.  I think that's more of an eye sore for the neighbors.  Only one sign is all that is needed.

Lola, I am still laughing--is that suppsed to be "curb appeal" ?  It looks so desperate, what a shame actually.

Oh Lola.  It's either very sad or a savvy ploy to get people to stop, look & call.

Two thoughts:

1) A Realtor would have advised the sellers to paint and landscape with the money spent on the signs. Say Curb Appeal!

2) I find the directional signs at the end of a street just as annoying. Really, if there are 4-5-6 RE signs with arrows you think anyone is going to not notice the one house with a yard sign and no directional sign?

I think they are missing the one sign they need.  Get this place listed and clean up their act and it might get a sold sign.

That's one way to compete with all of the political signs in every other yard.

In my book, it's the house not the sign that sell property.  Just think they could have hired a Realtor for the cost of the signs!

Lola, that looks ridiculous! Not to mention completely desparate. It almost looks like something you'd see on a newspaper cartoon. Thanks for sharing.

I was actually showing a house that backed up to that home recently - it certainly grabbed all of our attention, not necessarily in a good way.

Desperate times calls for desperate measures. it is sad more than it is funny. I agree the house could use some serious improvements, curb appeal just being one of them. There may be not a budget for upgrades and the signs look homemade. I feel like crying when I look at that photo, something tells me that this was a family project, and little Timmy helped to paint those signs.
