When I realized that I made the Lemonade Award on Paula Swayne's list, I was ecstatic. I feel so special because this is indeed a very special award.
The word is that there is a Lemonade Award going around. Serious consideration must be given to talents, wisdom and knowledge (I'm still trying) of your favorite bloggers. I will add this as a requirement of my list, to post great blogs and blog often.
So, all I had to do was to go to my Subscribed list and pick 10! (I'm hoping
that these 10 of my selection will carry this Lemonade Award on). It's nothing
like passing the Lemonade around, especially after Christmas and before New Year
- my favorite time of the year.
My Top 10 Lemonade Award goes to: (not necessarily placed on the order of priority):
Katerina Gasset - I have lots to learn from Katerina - Short sales, SEO, and how to be a prolific writer. In just 2008 alone, I have written probably 20 featured posts (28 total in 2 years), all in credit to applying Katerina's tips and tricks to better writing. Need I say more?
Broker Bryant - BB taught me how to become a productive listing agent through his blogs about Poinciana FL real estate. BB constantly cheer my little Boomer and I on in our endeavors of success.
Missy Caulk - A successful mother and Realtor(R), I hope that someday I will be more like Missy when I grow up. She has shown me that wearing two hats are possible.
Elizabeth Nieves - Elizabeth is another Realtor/ Mother who plays two aspiring roles. I enjoy reading her blogs about how much she loves her children. As a new mother, I face too many challenges walking on unchartered motherhood territories so much that I focused way too much on overcoming my child's issues than to love him like I should. Elizabeth showed me through her blogs on what I need to cherish.
Jennifer Allan - How would I not add my former real estate coach and now good friend, Ms. Jennifer Allan? Her approach to real estate is very much like mine. She and I are not the hard-core ask for referrals sales people, never cold-call, never door-knock. Jennifer and I connected because of the Rookie Real Estate must-have book (Sell with Soul). Jennifer is real to me in every way I confide in her. She is a blessing to my business and my life.
Bill Gassett - I've always look forward towards Bill's blogs. They are informative and well-articulated. Bill and I have exchanged and helped each other in our own businesses along the way. Another great Active Rain connection made here in 2008.
Steve Shatsky - Steve and I made a connection when we were involved in a good discussion here in the 'Rain. I respected the way Steve stood up for what he believes in.
Gary Woltal - As much as I am a huge Gary Woltal fan, Gary is a big supporter of my blogs also. I'm constantly amazed with how Gary could write the inspirations that he does. I'm still in awe.
Marchel Peterson - These three ladies, Missy, Elizabeth and Marchel are true living inspirations of mine. Marchel has been helpful and shared with me everything she knows about running her successful business. Marchel taught me that I dont need to be #1 in Frisco TX and still be able to have a family at the same time.
Lisa Hill - Lisa is a powerhouse listing agent because of her blogs. One day, I aspire to gain more listing appointments learning what Lisa is doing.
I'm not surprised that these people are also on your list. But with the quality posts they write, how could they not? More importantly, these awesome bloggers have become great friends of mine - friends I can count on, friends that I know I can pick up the phone to call if I needed to hear a loving voice.
I promised you that there are a few more that I could list on here but I want to be a team player. I want to follow rules. Just 10.
