As 2009 unfolds it's no secret that it is a buyer's market in most major cities. Vancouver is no exception.  Now more than ever it is imperative that home sellers go the extra mile when presenting their property for sale. As buyers expectations escalate more people are turning to home stagers to help secure a sale. Even with the current economic downturn, well displayed homes continue to sell.

Top home stagers bolster buyer confidence by paying close attention to detail. The experts at Reveal Estate Home Staging incorporate color, proportion, flow and style to create memorable spaces that sell.

Purchasing a home is an emotional decision. Are you doing all you can to create maximum appeal for today's discerning buyers?

Donna, Up until I started staging I hated the color orange. I love it so much now that it is even showing up in my wardrobe... cuffflinks and neck tie so far. Stop me if I ever retire and buy an orange leisure suit!

Wanda, thanks for stopping by for your kind words.

Michele, I never thought I had a signature style. You are too sweet.

Maureen, interestingly enough, the vignette photo of the cushions /plant /vases was taken about 10 minutes before night fall but the main photo was taken after that, even though it looks brighter outside. (check out the window to the right of the fireplace). The trick to doing this is to use a tripod and set the exposure on your camera to a 6-8 second delay.

Kathy, coming from a consummate pro such as yourself that means a great deal. Thank you.

Tina, nice to see you back in the rain. Big congratulations on your book, I look forward to reading it.

Teresa, as you know that is some of my favorite art too and just like I can't see a rooster and not think of Elaine, whenever I use it I can't help but think of you. Oh and by the way Chrissie Sutherland might be calling you.

Chrissie, I'm certain it is you that has a large peice of art with brown flower motifs on it that I would love to get my hands on! Here's an idea, you give it to me, I will give the orange artwork pictured here to Teresa Meyer and you can have one of hers.

Melissa, if I could accomplish in a week waht you do in one day I would be happy. You are lightening in a bottle!

Peg, Go Vancouver!!! The collage is something I have been playing around with on picnik.com lately. I cannot recommend that site enough.

Debbie, I am blushing, thank you.

Michele H, I have always been neurotic about my photos, that is if you call taking at least 100 of each property neurotic.

Cindy, I feel that song from that 80's band Berlin coming on! I think it was on the Top Gun soundtrack lol.

David, I love that coffe table too! There is one drawback though... you can't put anything on it due to the space down the middle without it looking awkwardly unbalanced. I try every time.

Marci, my Sister in the South! I feel another brown accessory phase coming on.

Cathy Lee, glad to be back! I will be the ying to your yang any day!

Always learning from your photos, great angles.  I have got to start doing that very dramatic.

Jackson,

I don't know you - yet - but I already love your style! I love orange too - although I used to hate it or rather be scared of it. Now my partner and I love the *pop* of orange in our staging vignettes!
