Oconee County GA Residential Real Estate Stats Mixed for January.

 Oconee Count real estate news for January is mixed. The twelve month sliding home sales volume was down again, 2.4% from the December and 27% from a year ago. However, the average selling price was up slightly, for the third month in a row but still down over 1% for the year. The median sales price is virtually flat from last month. The average days on market, D.O.M., is also down from the previous month.

South Oconee County accounted for about 1/3 of last months volume loss but contributed highly to the average price increase and the decrease in D.O.M. Both the average and medium sales prices were up, not only from last month but also from a year ago.

West Oconee County was flat on volume and the average price was down slightly from December and down about 1% from the same period last year.
