So, I get emails quite often from the Higher ups at REMAX of Santa Clarita - they are usually chalked full of great advice, tips and the occasional "brokerage spanking", because some agent went outside of the bounds a bit.
But what is nice about this company, not matter how high those agents' production is, if they are out of bounds too often they are thrown out of the game, or at least out of the REMAX Arena.
Here is a bit from John O'hare, REMAX of Valencia's and Santa Clarita's Fearless Leader, I thought it was interesting:

We hear these words today on a daily basis and basically understand what they mean, right? I THOUGHT I did. Well read this:
If a dollar was spent each second, HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO SPEND:
ONE MILLION DOLLARS? Ans: 11 1/2 days
ONE BILLION DOLLARS? Ans: 31 1/2 YEARS
ONE TRILLION DOLLARS? Ans: 31,500 YEARS.
I was ASTOUNDED by these numbers. I triple checked and these are the correct numbers. You can Google it yourself. And now you know.
