How is the market affeting you and how are you doing in the mean time?
Are you having trouble selling or buying the way it was last year? Now is the time to plan and rejuvenate. In NYC, the market is still hot but not as hot as two years ago. How is it for everyone and what should we do about it??

Hi Fern! I'm in central Virginia and it's definitely slowed since last spring. I have buyers, but they're taking their time. My sellers are really getting anxious. Hope things pick up......

When Things are slow, it is time to grow your business.YOu should concentrate on marketing and on different venues. When sales are slow, I pick up rentals and so on. And nothing wrong with planning for the future. And so on.
