Garden Design & Installation:
Designing custom Beds & Borders, complete with a sketch or planting guide, a visual aid, list of plant materials and a quote for the installation.

Garden Maintenance: Soil Work: Healthy soil is the key to healthy plants. As an organic gardener I devote a great deal of my energies toward the creating and maintaining of a healthy growing medium. Drainage, increasing soil microbes, adding organic content, fertility, and pH level are  areas I  address.

Consultation Fees:

Quick walk through (for vacant properties)
Fees: Complimentary

Verbal Consultation (with to do check list)
Fees: $100.00 for up to 2 hours
($40.00 for each additional hour)
Note: Should you hire White Swan Properties to stage your property this fee will be credited to you.

Formal Consultation (With Written Report)
Your report may include paint colour recommendations, furniture layouts, to do check list, home improvement recommendations, statistics, home showing and preparation tips, curb appeal tips, landscaping ideas etc.)
Fees: (starting at) $200.00
Note: Should you hire White Swan Properties to stage your property half of this fee will be credited to you.

Staging Fees:

Occupied Home Staging Services
*starting at $500
(Fee is based on enhancing the existing décor using existing furniture, lighting and accessories).
* Furniture and home decor rentals are extra.

Vacant Home Staging Services
*starting at $2000
(front entranceway, living room, dining room, master bedroom,, kitchen and bathroom)
* Fee includes first month rental fees for furniture & accessories, delivery and set-up, furniture and accessory placement, pre-staging consultation.

 

Interior Painting:
Assist home owners in paint and colour selections, surface preparation, priming, painting
