I really want to know the answer to this. And my question may NOT be the one that you think it is at first. No, I’m not talking about cursing or swearing. I’m talking about technology. Here’s my question: Do you talk on the phone while you are using the bathroom? I mean, not while you are washing your hair or putting on makeup, but during your most personal moments. I have occasionally heard the deep reverberating echo when talking to another agent. I have then heard the tell tale sound of the onset of suddenly rushing water in the background. (20 comments)

As inventory declines, and sales prices moderate, the attitudes of both buyers and sellers must adapt to the marketplace. There are few “good” properties available, and they vanish in a day or two. Buyers no longer have the luxury of agonizing over a purchase decision for a week or more. And with multiple offers, sellers no longer have to cave to ever demand instigated by a would-be purchaser. Location, price and condition are still the three dominant attributes that attract buyers. If you’re three for three in that department, you will immediately have multiple offers.
