The 3 remaining condo units in the building are priced around $260,000 give or take a little. Floor plans vary, with possibility of single level or two level living.

This weekend I drove by Franklin Township's Renaissance community to check the status on our buyer's new construction patio home. Fischer Homes almost has it done, with closing scheduled for next month!
And while I was there I noticed the street had been extended! What started as just a small section of patio homes in Renaissance is growing, with an additional 17 patio home sites being added to the community!
Right now Fischer Homes is doing the Santa Claus thing, they're making a list of interested buyers! Actual orders and contracts are expected to start in November.
