New listings in Walnut Creek increased substantially in the Second Quarter 2022 with 95 new listings compared with 44 in the same time frame one year ago. Quarter-over-quarter, Walnut Creek more than doubled new listings from 40 to 95.
The Retreat at Rayfield saw the number of sales decrease by four homes to nine homes in Quarter 2 - 2022 versus the same quarter in 2021.
