Let's get adventuresome this week-end....A couple of weeks ago, I took you out to the Hill Country and the city of Dripping Springs. This week, we are going to venture to just outside of NW Austin. Located in historic downtown Round Rock, you will find this restaurant in a restored 121 year old building. You'll love it..make it a fun evening!

If you’re looking for a fine dining experience or simply want to relax with a nice meal and a glass of wine, Krave has you covered. If you’re stopping in at lunch time, try the Krave Klub – grilled chicken, ham, smoked bacon, provolone cheese, greens, tomatoes, avocados with red onions and aoli served on a ciabatta roll. Or maybe you’d like the Krave Pizza – marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, shaved prosciutto, arugula and gorgonzola crumble drizzled with truffle oil. On the dinner menu you’ll find Chicken Scampi - angel hair pasta and sautéed chicken in a light white wine sauce with garlic, capers, artichoke hearts and red peppers. Or maybe you’d like to try the Black and Blue Ribeye Steak – a 10oz. marbled ribeye steak topped with sautéed mushrooms and blue cheese served with sautéed green beans with red pepper and garlic mashed potatoes. And, you know you can’t leave without dessert. A couple of choices would be the Strawberry Champagne Tiramisu – a champagne flute filled with mascarpone Chantilly crème and strawberries topped with whipped cream; and the Chocolate Mousse that is served with whipped cream topped with a fresh strawberry glaze.
