Whether you’re heading off to places far away or staying home, Thanksgiving is the time of year when we gather our family and friends around us and give thanks for all that we have.
This week has been a busy week in Delray. Our favorite hangout, Ellies 50’s Diner celebrated their 25th year in business, and we were invited to help Bob and Ellie celebrate.

The week has been a mixture of 80+ degree weather, clouds, wind and rain. For those of us who call Delray home, that’s just fine! We’re not anxious to have temperatures below 70 degrees!

This majestic banyan tree was in the yard of a friend. Banyans are fig that attaches or grows in the crevices of other trees. As they grow, they send their roots down and can cover or take over the host tree.
