Springtime in Hawaii - tropical flowers are blooming.

There's no end to the beautiful flowers in Hawaii.  Here's some colorful hibiscus flowers growing at the Hawaiian Sea Spirits Organic Vodka Distillery, in Kula Maui.  On a recent tour we enjoyed the grounds and the sugar cane plants.  It's a beautiful spot to take a tour and enjoy the scenery too.

What kind of tropical flowers are easy to grow?  Many kinds are very easy!

Some you just start from cuttings, stuck in some soil.

It's easy to put down roots in the Maui soil.

Those blossoms simply scream Hawaii, Georgie.  Their beauty makes me wonder if they would grow that well here in Sacramento.  I'm going to check that question out.

Thank you Myrl Jeffcoat - and yes I think you probably could grow them, at least in pots that could come inside during the coldest months.

Sure are stunning Georgie, and wish we had more flowers around here, but have had too many snowstorms.
