clarksville: Why the Buyer's Final Walk Though is Important - 01/21/17 01:19 PM
Why should the buyer doing a final walk through?

Doing a final walk through before the closing offers protection for the buyer, seller and agents involved in the transaction. Many buyers ask if they really have to do one. An opportunity to check on repairs and left behind items- Unfortunately, not all houses are ready when the final walk through time comes. Sellers fail to do the requirements as stated in the contract. Sellers leave behind unwanted items and some … (22 comments)

The many upgrades like surround sound, intercom system, granite throughout, tile backsplashes, tons of hardwood and tile make this one of the finest quality homes in Farmington.
My favorite is the large covered deck and stamped concrete patio beneath it and the fenced backyard. It has a lovely view of one of the neighborhood ponds.
The arched doorways and lofty ceilings and corner fireplace make the living room very dramatic.

clarksville: Do the Buyer and Seller Have to Attend the Closing? - 01/04/17 03:15 PM
Is it a must that the buyer and seller physically attend a real estate closing?
Most of the title and real estate closing companies in Clarksville, TN can complete a closing without the physical presence of either party. We deal with relocation buyers and sellers that have already left the area. One thing they don't want to do is to incur the extra expense to travel back to Clarksville just to close on the house. They will do it if they have to but it is no longer necessary and closing documents can be signed and notarized almost anywhere and in all parts of the … (53 comments)
