Here we go again. It seems I can't get away from it and nor do I want to.
I was standing on a street in Valencia Cove in Boynton Beach FL with buyers who had just had their offer accepted on a house.
A man came walking down the street, and the buyer stopped him. It was the usual, how do you like the neighborhood, where do you live, etc.
