Here is some good advice from Elkhart, Indiana ~ Larry Johnston. When purchasing a new home you should always have a qualified inspector perform a home inspections. The second tip here is to have a Home Warranty. I include with all my listings a Seller and Buyer's plan. The warranty does not need to be paid until the home is sold. My weekend started sitting in the rain, watching high school football. Jesuit v. Holy Cross. It was not pretty but enjoyable none the same. Yesterday I was lucky enough to watch the Mich v ND game. It was a good one. LSU v.Vandy, I watched this on as well. LSU pulled out a victory although I had my doubts but I will take it. Ohio v USC a great game as billed. .
