Understanding Appreciation in Metairie
For many years Metairie and Kenner Homes for sale saw a consistence property appreciate. Before 2005, we saw a 5% appreciation rate year in year out.
There are no guarantees especially in real estate. As we saw from 2007 to 2014 appreciation rate dropped. In late 2014, many feel we are turning a corner. The Northshore specifically the Madisonville area. There it appear the appreciation is running above 5%. Metairie and Kenner are seeing a similar increase in appreciation at a rate of 2%.

If you're ready to purchase a new home in Metairie and Kenner in 2015 expect to see property values increase. In general we are not seeing the Foreclosure and Distressed Properties entering the Metairie / Kenner market in the last quarter of 2014. Up until 2007 as Realtor I would not even use Foreclosure data for

Here are some points to help you prepare before the photo shoot.
Outside:
• Clean driveway and walkways, sweep patios, decks, remove leaves etc.
