People are always asking me “Lyn, how many homes are selling?” Well that seems to make a difference is what area or subdivision you live in. It’s really not an evasive answer. Each area and subdivision is totally different! Here’s what I can tell you about the overall Roselle market:
Single Family Homes - Roselle averages 16 home sales a month. Inventory is down substantially from previous years. The percentage of homes going under contract each month is 18 to 21%. Market time is 131 days which isn't exactly quick. Average Sold Price was $261,540 for the 2nd quarter 2013.

Here’s what I can tell you about the overall Roselle market –

Unfortunately, up ... down ... all around!Over the final quarter of 2010, inventory for Roselle IL Homes was up substantially to 20.5 then down to 9.7 months then ending up at 12.0. Where did a large portion of these homes go?
