clock hours: Are Continuing Education Courses Helpful or a Waste of Time?

As I surf the Internet tonight looking for a few online real estate classes that I want to take I stopped mid-search and decided to write a quick blog posting about this topic. For me continuing education is a wonderful tool that helps enhance my skills, knowledge and expertise about various areas of real estate. I love learning! Even though we are required to take a certain amount of clock hours to be able to renewal our real estate licenses every few years, I tend to look at it as a welcome opportunity. Without further ado....I'm very pleased to announce that Nicolesdreams eBooks has become BPO University. After 4 years in business and being able to help thousands of other real estate professionals learn more about the BPO business, Nicolesdreams eBooks is blending into becoming home to the first accredited real estate school to offer clock hour approved courses on Broker Price Opinions. clock hours: Would you take an Accredited BPO Certification Course that would give you CE Credit?

Hi all! I don't know if you are aware of this fact yet but as of today 10/29/2008, there are a handful of companies and websites that offer a supposed, "BPO Certification Class," or to get your "BPO Certification." One of the BIGGEST PROBLEM with all of the companies and websites that are offering this is that NONE of them are accredited through ANY of the 50 states in the U.S., nor will you get CE credit or clock hours. Plus, on top of being able to obtain this special, "Certification," title it is not recognized or adopted within the BPO or REO industry by the hundreds of (1 comments)
