If you've been following Naples beachfront high-rise product, you may have noticed over the past week or two many properties going off the market. Friends, in years past, much of the Naples beachfront high-rise product has gone off the market "to breath" during summer and goes back on the market in the fall in preparation for the following peak selling season but this year, THEY'RE SELLING! MLS rules prohibit publicly naming specific units but there are some fabulous properties that have been on the market for a while that have recently gone under contract.

No worries, I'm not hosting a Naples Real Estate throw down but I do want to bring some attention to The Dunes which is a high-rise/coach home development located at the corner of Bluebill Avenue and Vanderbilt Drive. While most of my clientele prefers Pelican Bay over The Dunes, an interesting percentage of you might consider The Dunes over Pelican Bay and this is the purpose of my post. There are currently 114 new homes in Naples on the market right now (built in 2010). You can't deny the joy you get from that "new home smell". I LOVE new homes and new condos for that matter and if you too are a new condo person, there are 22 new condos in Naples right now (built in 2010). Of course, if you know anything about Naples Florida, you know they don't have to be built this year for them to be new.
