Original posted on Ocalalicious. Ocala has horse everywhere it seems! The Abbey Horse Festival was held on Saturday, October 2, and was attended by horses of numerous breeds and disciplines. Tuesday, October 5, I visited Historic Downtown Ocala's Center for the Arts and was surrounded by Horse Fever horses. Photos from these two recent excursions are shared in the slideshow below. P.S. We had perfect weather for our Chili Cook-off this past weekend! “Ocala – Center for the Arts, Abbey Horse Festival“ Create a free slideshow with Picnik! horse properties: Am I The Only One Who Expects Communication AFTER Referring a Valued Horse Farm Client?
- 09/19/10 01:55 PM
So, it's Sassy Sunday. I've had a nail in my tire today, and I have a burr under my saddle pad. I am a referring real estate broker, speacializing in horse farms and horse properties, in multiple states. Most people looking for horse properties aren't focused on short sales or foreclosures; they are looking for a nice farm at a good price, in their price range. Referring to a legitimate horse farm/property specialist is important to me, and I work hard to refer to those agents who truly are knowledgeable and experienced in horse farms and properties, and know, for example, (49 comments)

Here are a few photos of the very reason I moved back to Florida.... to be able to live in the Horse Capital, Ocala! Pastures full of weanlings and yearlings are my cup of tea, and horse sales at Ocala Breeders Sales instead of tire sales and fire sales. The Belmont, the third leg of the Triple Crown Races, runs this Saturday. It is hard not to envision one of these foals or yearlings crossing the finish line ahead of the pack in a few short years. Here are some photos taken very recently while visiting with family and friends now that I am back in Florida. I am working my way between Sarasota and Ocala at the present time, until all the pieces come together. My North Carolina Real Estate Brokerage license is being converted to a 'Referring Broker' status until I pursue my Florida Real Estate license. Until then, I am fine tuning my websites (and adding some great new sites!) and focus to reflect, even more, my passions... horses, horse properties, marketing and promoting, as well as expanding my referral network (among other things). horse properties: It's Sunday, I'm Not Speechless, And I'll Blog About Horses If I Want To!

The development of my horse website, Horsealicious, and my Breaking Horse News site are truly where my passion lies, and why I am concentrating on the equine aspect of my life and business. I will also be focusing more on equestrian properties as time goes by. Foundation first. Yesterday I was very fortunate to find the gas money to go to the Rockin’ S Arena in Buckhead GA to audit one day of a Chris Cox three-day clinic. Chris is an amazing and talented horseman, and it was my pleasure to be able to watch him in real life. Here is (7 comments)
horse properties: Horse Country is Alive and Wet in Maggie Valley, NC.

There is nothing like an afternoon storm to freshen up the landscape and mood. We were treated to an afternoon storm yesterday afternoon, and these horses, pastured very close to the entrance of the Maggie Valley Club on Moody Farm Road, look like they enjoyed their rainwater bath... and the camera.
