Introductions

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Memorial Day.  It certainly was a gorgeous day for us to return from North Carolina. 

I just wanted to introduce myself to the group.  I'm June Piper-Brandon and I'm the new Office Manager at Advance Realty Anne Arundel Inc. in Glen Burnie.  Advance Realty is the full service discount expert.  And, currently our first quarter numbers are fantastic with an increase of 20% in the number of listings and sales compared to an industry decline. 

Advance Realty in Glen Burnie has 23 agents and we are growing.  My goal for the year is to recruit 20-25 new and experienced agents to join our team.  I am seeking hard working and knowledgeable people to join our transitional office.  We offer a full service office stocked with the latest technology, centralized showing (paid for by the office, not by our agents), full time administrative support, ongoing training and mentoring.  If you are a new agent, our office is a great place to start.  We offer a very competitive commission split (not 50/50), mentoring to get you started, and ongoing training to keep you up to date.  For experienced agents, we offer a very competitive commission split (again not 50/50) and as much or as little support as you need.  It is possible for you to make more than 100% of your commission.
