Nice write-up David.  It all makes sense.  How do you find the YouTube postings?  Do clients make any comments on them?  Do you attract any clients from YouTube?

Hello Ed,

You Tube video's have incredible weighted contribution to SEO for your website. They can be embedded into articles yet stand alone on Google or Youtube searches by topic.

If you search my name within Youtube there are currently 50 or so topics that are supporting me website activities.   I use them for Client Tesimonials.  This has incredible Authority when used at Listing Presentations.

Has it worked for me?  It does attract comments and viewers. It gets me known.

I have 5 to 10 Buyers or sellers calling me weekly that get worked into my prospect pool.
