MOGO Organics - A New Way To Consume All Your Fruits And Vegetables Each Day!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Lizette Realty - Richmond KY 205403

A few weeks ago, I was sent some free Mogo Organics products of powdered fruits and vegetables.

Well...now that I have had time to test these... I can share with you what my thoughts are and how I have integrated these unique Mogo products into my daily life.

They arrived about a week before Thanksgiving. I was a few days sick with bronchitis and on a Z-pac. I couldn't feel worse so I was willing to give this a try and see if I could get well before I had to host the T-Day dinner.

I'm not one to change up my diet much. The thought of giving up sugar, soda and fried foods seems bizarre even though I don't consume a lot of these things. I don't even exercise much.

I do think I eat fairly well but feel guilty that I don't get enough fruits and vegetables in my system each day. Rarely are they all organic and sometimes I waste these foods in the refrigerator and throw them out.

One thing I never deviate from is my morning coffee. It always has sugar in it. That might be a problem to give up. Whatever diet I have tried I NEVER gave up that one addiction.

Mogo Organics

The products I experimented with were:

Pro+ - Superior Protein supplement

Red Surge - Antioxidant protection of 10-15 servings of phytonutrient/antioxidant power of fruits and vegetables.

Greens + Fruits - All the vegetables and fruit your body needs with antioxidant/phytonutrient and full spectrum multi-vitamin protection.

Mogo Energy - A full spectrum Multi-Vitamin, High Potency of Antioxidants, Anti-Aging complex, with immune energy support, 64 trace minerals and 20 amino acids, digestive support, and Bone, Joint & Heart complex, Anti Inflammatory support, cardiovascular/heart complex protection, Sea vegetables, only the highest quality physicians’ grade natural ingredients.

Mogo H2O is a Electrolyte powerhouse that goes beyond all electrolyte formulas utilizing a complex synergistic formulation to provide balanced hydration.

Slim - A safe way to control your appetite and loose weight while still adding other healthful benefits.

A & J - Is a full spectrum formula, specifically designed to reduce, and possibly eliminate pain, stiffness and the inflammation associated with arthritic joint pain as well as providing preventative care.

Mogo products are made from only premium quality ingredients and the process to turn raw into powder is the cleanest method possible without tampering the integrity of the organic nutrition.

My first few days of using the Mogo, I mixed a morning smoothie with Red Surge, Pro+, banana, soy milk, yogurt,a few strawberries and ice.

A few hours after my smoothie, I put Slim in coffee w/ a bit of creamer. I didn't need any sugar!! I was amazed! Later in the day, I would make another smoothie of G+F, Pro+, water, white cranberry juice and ice.

For a snack I would mix Slim and vanilla yogurt. Yum!

I still have about one meal a day of whatever I like. Usually soup or a sandwich or fish and a few vegetables. I do vary what I eat.

One bonus is that I am not hungry to snack on anything. Chocolate has always been a BIG diet killer for me. Now, I don't crave it. I have been making fudge and peanut brittle to give away for Christmas and I haven't even wanted to eat it. Normally, I would eat as much as I gave away!

I have noticed is that my waistline is reducing and I have loads of energy. I still sleep well and get up at the same time. I'm more focused too. I don't run out of steam in the afternoon and a bit of weight loss is a welcome sight! That part I do enjoy.

It's been a pleasure to experiment with Mogo Organics and I know it will stay a part of my life. It's nice to not have to keep the refrigerator stocked with fruits and vegetables and I have saved money by not having to buy produce or vitamins. I do like the convenience of drinking all my antioxidants and nutrients to stay young and healthy.

Hi, Lizette. The produce section in our local Walmart is beyond pitiful and the local grocery, Food Lion, is equally bad. There is not even a farmer's market so forget organic. That is the ONE drawback that I find here so I would be intersted in learning more about MOGO. Do yo have a link to a website??

Leslie - I think it is this way for many areas of the country. It's nice to know that there is a product that we can use in place of the grocery store produce. click http://www.mogoorganics for more info. Let me know if you need help with the products for smoothie recipes. I'm getting good at this!

Charles - It looks like it is stevia. That's probably why I haven't missed sugar in my coffee when I mix a scoop of Slim in it. The chocolate-cinnamon flavor is growing on me.

That is cool---supposed to be better on the body than regular sugar.

Charles - I've heard that too. This is the first product I have liked that replaced the sugar with stevia. A few years ago I tried it in my coffee and wouldn't give up real sugar for it. Maybe my system is not craving the sugar now. Weird!

Lizette, have you tried the Oogave Sodas?  They are sweetened with Agave syrup and are awesome----the Root Beer is really really good.

Michelle - I think you might enjoy Mogo Organics products. We need our energy to sell real estate!

Charles - Those sodas sound yummy!

Barbara - Once you use these on a daily basis you may never want to go buy fruits, vegetables and vitamins again! Quite a money and time saver for me.

Susie - You may want to wrap up in a Snuggie while enjoying your smoothie. Or sit by the fireplace while you sip it. I guess I use the Slim in my coffee to be the hot drink. I bet it would taste good in Chai tea also.
