Grand Rapids Real Estate: Area Lender Provides Much Needed Tool to Local Realtors

Mesquite tree in Tucson ArizonaIf there's one thing I've learned it's that good relationships in business, athletics, and life are much like trees. Out here in Tucson, AZ we have an abundance of Mesquite Trees because they can survive on little water and have a huge canopy which provides ample shade. This alone makes them pretty attractive to homeowners. And here in the desert that's saying something when the thermometer can reach 110 degrees and clouds are nowhere to be found. The one problem with these trees though is their roots grow on or near the surface of the ground. In fact they run so shallow I  see them sprawling across many front yards as I'm driving around. Well every year during Monsoon season the high winds kick up and it rains cats and dogs. And literally dozens upon dozens of mesquite trees are found uprooted due to the absence of a deep root structure.

So where am I going with this? Well, the Real Estate market has had the storm of all storms over the last 3 years. And many of us have stuck it out through thick, thin, and who knows what else. If you made it this far then your obviously committed to going forward. And with 1/3 less Realtors still active that's a great choice. However, what do we know about those that are left? They are survivors. These folks are not the part timers who are earning some extra income if they can. These  are the professionals. The ones who consistently provide exceptional service and conduct themselves and their business in the same manner. These are the pros we compete against each and every day. And the same ones we must be equipped to rise above with better tools and technology. That is of course if your business is to thrive.

Not too long ago I was researching ideas on how to improve upon my listing presentation and home marketing campaign. I began at Google where the majority of the world searches and then moved to Active Rain which is where the Real Estate world lives and breathes online. Here's what I found: As Real Estate Professionals we are bombarded daily with the latest and greatest ways to do every part of our business by people who haven't spent much time on the front lines in our industry and it shows in the product. After wading through a sea of similiar offerings I did find one exception. And I believe based on what they offer many of the employees and/or owners are active agents. It just speaks the language.

What this product offers is presentation and a multi-facetted marketing campaign/management system in one place. If you take a little time to study, learn, and implement every aspect of the program completely then your listing presentation and marketing from paper to PC is pretty much done. And get this your neighborhood lender will let you use this for FREE. Yes Zilcho, Nada.

I've used it daily and for FREE for over one month now and look forward to using it again for my next listing presentation. All I'm saying is Just check it out and see for you yourself. No strings attached. Period.

Here's something else that's good to know. I didn't know Brian Ferrick until after the search on Active Rain for the information improving my listing presentation. So, I'm not hear hootin' and hollering for someone I've known for years and years. I will say this though, in the short time I've known him He's always done what he said he was going to do. Heck, call him and ask some questions he normally answers the first time you call and if not he'll get back in touch soon. He's a real person and simply wants to offer some free tools to help you succeed.

cypress tree, pebble beachIt's always of great value professionally to build partnerships that are Win/Win. With that in mind have you ever driven Highway one also known as 17 mile drive along the Monterey Peninsula in Northern California?  Many have said that it's the best meeting of land and water on Earth. I wouldn't disagree. The road winds along jagged rock formations with waves crashing on one side with the wind howling. And.. and you can see the famous Cypress tree. Yep, right there front and center on the Pacific Coast absorbing the stongest winds day in and day out year after year stands a tree rooted deeply in the rocks.

Finally, you need to ask yourself how much your mortgage professional does to help you succeed? Can you depend on him/her to help earn more listings and sell the ones you have? If not it never hurts to explore other possibilities.

Kevin,

I've driven the 17 mile stretch, and it was one of the most beautiful places I've been in six decades.  Thanks for the link to Brian's website.  Active Rain has some great folks!
