We have a picture of a nice green pool from a foreclosure. This is the standard way how pools look when hunting for houses at the Arizona Trustee Sale. The investor purchased this home. He fixed up the home to flip the property. He made a profit of $15K in four months.
my small builders are spoiled....when I find them a fix and flip they want to make 75k+ or they won't do it....my team member just sold one and the builder will make $80k....he's happy with that and wants another one!!! tough to find.

Barbara I had a investor make $100k in his first fix and flip. Now, he wants everyone like that one. They are tough to find but not impossible.

There's nothing like a smart real estate investment. WAY better than stocks! Thanks for the succint post and photo - I've seen quite a few of those green pools this summer. If investors would consider that 15K can be a great return, instead of waiting for the big kahuna, lots of investment opportunities await them!
Investors need to be more realistic on flipping homes. Making 10K or more is a good return. Backed up by a real estate and insurance
