Lottie - Congrats on the change it sounds like you are pleased with it ..... how many web sites, blogs and various other sites do you have to go and rebrand ..... hope you own them all as sometimes it can be a pain if you don't

Hi Kathy -- big changes don't come without effort, and most definitely there's time that must be put in to getting things up and running---no big obstacles so far. Our broker made it as easy as possible, and I trust her judgment about the reason for the change. So far my clients are either very happy or indifferent; no one unhappy. So, on we go!
