Margaret: There are so many different markets out there and differing styles of business that it is pointless for an agent in say San Bernandino to tell an agent in Poughkeepsie wha they should be doing. And for that matter it is equally futile for an agent sitting next to you in the same office to pontificate about how to do things "correctly" in this field. Phil's right in that he has to do what he thinks works for him.

Margaret-I agree. The roses are beautiful. Yes, it would not be fun if everyone agreed on everything. Our differences make us learn a new perspective.

For me, blogging has become a habit (it's about 3 AM on Sunday and I am still thinking about what to blog about today..), and yes, it's little late start for me, but will try to be as much consistent as I can be.

And, yes, cannot disagree with you today -- after all roses are roses!

It would be entirely boring if we all agreed.  Why should I read posts that only repeat my own thoughts.  I enjoy the posts that stir debate, I learn so much more from hearing the opinions of others.

The world would not be the same if we all agreed, just think of it everyone in agreement, there would be no need for guns, different governments, no television broadcasting hate and violence.  world at peace lofty ideas and someday it will come but not in our lifetime.  Sorry for getting so long but as always your posts are fun to read.

I have to agree with you on that one...they are beautiful. Now I will go read your other post to see what all the hoopla is over the print ads...or not. It will go well with my coffee today as I contemplate the leaves changing color outside.

OK Margaret - Just so you won't be able to say "everyone agreed" - yellow roses are the least favorite of my favoritets!  (Acutally I prefer Iris, but then ....)  Thanks for sharing and for the understatement:

What a boring world that would be ...

I’ve often been called a rebel, but I don’t rebel just for the sake of being a rebel. If I did, I would disagree with you about the beauty of the roses, especially since I’m not a fan of yellow roses. That’s because I have this weedy rose in my cactus garden that I just can’t get rid of. I’ve tried Roundup, transplanting the rose, chopping it into itty bitty pieces, digging down to China to get the root system, and it keeps coming back. I think maybe it’s a haunted yellow rose. It’s blooming right now. Two roses on it. I refuse to take any more pictures of it, but here’s one that I took a few months ago.

Love the roses, Margaret...I also commented on the original blog :-)  My husband used to get me these beautiful bordeau roses that looked like they had parchment paper too...not sure of the official name, but they were beautiful...hmmm...come to think of it....
