Boy Am I Glad I Showed This Listing Which is Now a PENDING SALE: 820 Marion Lane
Sometimes listing agents can get a bit annoyed when a buyer's agent ask them to show a home to their buyer of let them in if the buyer's agent does not have an electronic key. And I understand that sometimes it happens. Lucky for me, I viewed this as just another opportunity to show the great house that I had listed for my seller. Although I was a little pressed for time since I was a hostess at a wedding the day before I showed the home, I made the time to accommodate the agent's request.
It didn't really matter that she asked me and it didn't matter that I wished she had found someone in her office to do it. What mattered was: My seller expects me to look out for his best interest as I was contracted to do. I had a house listed that my seller needed to sell, so I did what I had to do -- scheduled a time to show this house to the buyers of another agent. So all I've got to say is that 820 Marion Lane is now:
