 The BPO Automation Group has JUST released an AutoAccepter for Matt Martin orders. What makes Matt Martin so hot?
Our understanding is that they're distributing listings for HUD, and broadcasting them on a 'capture-if-you-can' basis to build up a pool of qualified agents in each service area. Matt Martin is broadcasting inspection orders for these properties, and many of these may turn later into listings.
Several of our clients have indicated that they're now in pre-listing for orders they've done inspections on for Matt Martin, and this is time-sensitive because this broadcast process is being used to build a pool of agents for HUD inspections & listings later be assigned to directly based on quality & performance.
