Floor plans would be nice with every listing! We have the ability to show so much of a listing through photos, descriptions, virtual tours, but you rarely see a floor plan available unless it is new construction in our area.

great idea....people need as much visual help as they can get to get their feet in the door !

This would have come in very handy when I was selling new construction for 10 years. Too bad I wasn't blogging then! There is so much here to draw someone to this home. Nicely done!

Having the floor plans really took you on a tour of the home.  So much easier to imagine living there. Great job Margaret!

I'm not seeing the individual MBR floorplan but like how it has the long hallway/balcony entrance and the private deck.  Contemporary is a favorite style of mine.  I remember this one but now knowing it's on 28 acres is even more intriguing.  Thanks Margaret! 

Margaret - We bound a simple floorplan software about a year ago, and have used it a couple of timees, if the layout is something non-traditional.  However, when we need it - the effort in getting the plan right is a major time commitment.  It requires measurements and a little practice ... but it adds a great deal to the listing.  We post it as a "picture" - thanks for reminding me .... again!

Its great when the seller has floor plans to add to brochures or posts.  consumers love it when they can see the layout of the home.
