This is a recruiting blog for one, or possibly two Colorado Springs Realtors, whose instincts are screaming that they need to make a change in the way they do the Colorado Springs Real Estate business.
It’s easy to hold on to the “wait and see” approach when your real estate sales are unproductive. Only if the market improves, I’ll be okay. Or if a few more plans are made, maybe these will pan out down the road and then I can survive another year. Or, if my sellers start lowering their listing prices even more competitively, this will surely attract more business. Or, and or, and so on. Lukewarm wishes do not ignite the engine of your business.
I encourage you not to keep doing what you know really isn’t effective about this business. Large brokerages with humungous fees do not make you a better Colorado Springs Realtor. Sure, for the first year or two in this vocation, it’s great to be affiliated with a company that penetrates market share and who trains about the “ins and outs” of this business. But does this really matter after you’ve been seasoned in this industry? No.
Brokerages do not increase your sales or make selling more easy or guaranteed. If you’ve been in the business long enough, this goes without saying. It comes down to the innovative and determination of the individual agent.
Why keep spinning your wheels until all the rubber has worn off the tire? The key is to make the necessary changes that you need to. If you’re paying exorbitant fees, and basically, your commissions are going down the drain and you’re taking home very little money for your own use, then why do you keep repeating this unhealthy habit?
We’re excepting one, or possibly two more agents at Selley Group Real Estate, LLC. Our structure is perfect to provide the necessary resources and reasonable fees for you to get back on the tracks of success about your business.
