Stanislaus County Short Sales - Award Winning Year
Pretty much anyone that knows me well, knows that I don't get too excited about awards in this business. It's not that I am against them it's just that it's not awards that motivates me in this business. Well last week I was awarded the Century 21 Ruby Award for sales in 2010. I missed the actual awards presentation a couple weeks ago, because I had something else to do. 
Last week (on St.Patrick's Day) we had a luncheon for our office's award winners. Those of us that did not make it to the awards ceremony were given our awards then. It turns out that there were more than a few that had missed the awards banquet.
I started thinking about the award that I received. This award is about more than me. It is about all the people in 2010 that trusted me with their homes. Most of my sales were Stanislaus County Short Sales or San Joaquin County Short Sales. Without their trust I wouldn't have this piece of hardware to display in my office.
This award is also about the buyers that put their trust in me in 2010. With out these buyers putting their trust in me when they found the Stanislaus County Short Sale home of their dreams I would not have received this award.
This award is also about the people that I work with every day to make my buyers dreams come true. The people that I work with every day that help me help homeowners in bad situations. My superstar transaction coordinator Liz who works with the title companies and buyers agents to make sure the transaction goes smoothly. I also need to recognize every one at Stewart Title Company for all the hard work they do to make sure the transaction goes smoothly and closes on time.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone that put their trust in me in 2010 and all those that worked with me to make 2010 a successful year. I look forward to doing the same again in 2011.
