Now keep in mind when visiting an Open House the agent there is solely representing the Seller which is what I do when I hold an open house. And this Sunday I am holding 941 Tidewater Grove Ct open for all to see. It's a great rancher in a 55+ community called Heritage Harbour which has tons of activities.
Now...If you are already represented by an agent that should not be a problem as many open house agents honor that relationship. Just let them know when you arrive.
