Jason, I'm here to offer the obligatory "I can't believe how far your money goes in Austin!" comment.  You shouldn't have any trouble finding a buyer for this beauty. Out of state investors take note: Where else are you going to find such ground floor opportunity? Call Jason immediately!

Hi Jason:  This looks like a great home.  I really love all the trees.  Does it have as much privacy as it appears to have ?  I need to keep my privacy hot-button in mind.

PAUL - You are a great friend to have here on Active Rain.  Thanks for your support!

KAREN ANNE - I think it is relatively private, yes.  I haven't actually seen it in person yet, as one of my agents just listed it.

Looks like a great house with a very good price.  Are basements typical in your area?  This one doesn't appear to have a basement.  I hope it has sold for you by the time you get this comment.

DONNA - We really don't have basements here in Austin.  One of the main reasons is the fact that there is rock just a few inches underground in many areas, so you would have to cut into that, which is very expensive.  Additionally, I was told that if you cut into limestone, it can release harmful radon gas if you attempted to build a basement.  It is a great house and a good price.  It hasn't sold yet - hopefully soon!
