The community is also close to several major fitness centers including the VillaSport, Lifetime Fitness and the Briargate YMCA. Adjacent to the YMCA is John L. Stone Park which includes a popular skateboard park.
The Pikes Peak Library District has been recognized as one of the top 10 in the nation. The Briargate branch is about 1 mile away.

With only 170 houses in Summerfield there may be very few available at any given point in time. Starting your search several months in advance gives you the best chance to find the floor plan, size and updates you are looking for.
