"I stopped by your listing on [20 Sequoia Court] on Sunday and do hope the open house went well. It is a lovely home and seems to be priced to sell! As I mentioned, I live just up the hill on Bay Vew Drive and our neighborhood is really delightful. Good schools and all the walking areas one could imagine!"

So began an email I received yesterday. When a visitor to an open house sends a note like this, you know they find the house appealing and special, and I agree.

Hi Doug - the view and the ability to walk to Carlmont Shopping Center, the Belmont library, middle and high schools all help make 20 Sequoia Court so desirable. Glad you enjoyed the view!
