According to local multiple listing reports from October 19, 2011 there were two sales in the category during September 2011. One was a short sale loft in The Ostrich Farm that closed escrow for $310,000 and the other was a townhome at The Monterey Townhomes(corner of Indiana and Monterey) with a final sales price of $540,000. In September 2010, there were four sales ranging in price from $348,000 to $750,000.
Inventory of available condominiums, townhomes and lofts is 21 as of this date and they range in price from $135,000(an own-your-own on Orange Grove --- and what an opportunity!) to $699,000(hard to find four bedroom townhome). There are five properties in escrow.
