Here I sit and wait for 7:30 to go on an appointment with Partner and Broker, Maurice. Wondering who meets with Sellers to talk price and market on their property on a Friday night to accommodate the wife’s schedule. We Do!
Sometimes there are trade off’s in time and while I have the advantage of taking a tennis clinic in the morning while others are at work, I sacrifice my Friday night to meet with folks. That is the business of real estate.
I have not been to active lately on Active Rain, life has gotten in the way and other aspects of real estate have taken over.
I came across this link today from fellow Active Rainer and Facebook Friend and real estate colleague at Downing Frye, Chris Griffith.
