Jennifer: Yes, the prices have sure dropped. There are a lot of afforable homes now.
Hi Joan: It was a huge drop. Many, MANY bank owned. So sad. I have tons of business, so I feel blessed. A lot of first time buyers now have a chance at owning, so that is the positive to this negative market.
