New Small Complex with Gulf views

Fort Myers Beach has a new condo.They started building it in 2006 and it was just recently finished. Yes, they took their time or the town took their time with the permits.Either way it was well worth the wait. Its located mid island near Publix and accross from the Gulf. It means it will take you 1 mn at most to reach the Guf access on Newtown beach. There seem to be a new trend in Fort Myers Beach. Developpers seem to be attracted to smaller plush complexes with mediterraneen/Italian architectural influences mixed with Floridian know how at its best. The complex is indeed small with 2 separate buildings joined by a heated pool in the center.There are only ten units and these range from 1000 sf for a 2/3 to over 1100 for a 3/2. Don't let it fool you.The interior are plush and the lines clean with granite counters , tiles and fines french doors at the entrance of each units. Dogs are allowed, up to a limit. So if your dog is to big, then put it on a diet or a few weeks, then you are all set and go back to the normal diet. The garages are spacious and will bring you smack to an elevator. When I first saw this complex which has no name per se but is located at 4701 4631 and 4633 Estero Bvd accross from Newton Beach I was imediatly taken by the simplicity of the lines, the fact that it was a small complex which in turn will give the owners a sense of being part of a large family which you don't have to see to often. The complex is gated and has a special security system and entry phone and secured elevator access. I am relieved that some developpers are opting for these smaller complexes instead of the larger and higher ones. There are only 3 floors but it will seem at if you were on the 4th or 5th floor as the ceiling height of the garages are tremendous. There is indeed a sence of strength and peaceful security when you explore what I will call for now "The Newton Place".
