Anita, those brick homes are so inviting and we have so few of them up here...Cobblestone crossing is another neighborhood for buyers to enjoy in Warner Robins GA...there is such diversity in your community.

I looks like the same builder built all the homes. As an inspector of these structures I like the durability of the brick. But the frontal design should have been changed up a bit more. To the average home buyer, they probably could'nt tell the difference.

Anita, As we know all the 55+ communities in our area, we always like to learn about others in different parts of our country. Cobblestone Crossing in Warner Robins looks like a hit!

Anita, Not too many 55+ communities here, which is hard to understand.  The demographics would seem to indicate a need for them.  Our patio home communities tend to serve the same niche without the age restrictions.

These types of communities seem to be the new popular thing Anita with all the Zoomers retiring or downsizing. Nice awareness localism post.
