BEING IN BUSINESS AND MANAGING YOUR TIME

By

Everything will go where its going to go similar to how water seeks its own levels. However, the word and term manager or one that manages is necessary component to make sure the start-up or roll-out is a success. Things answer to the manager and the manager answers to the things. It should act just like an engine when you turn the key

THE FLOW & GO

As to time management, I am a big fan of flowing and going. The challenge comes when we take what has appeared before us and make it do what we want it to do and when. Very satisfying to command and then see the results of your beliefs in place

IT'S A BABY!

I have started several businesses and what you learn right off is that the business sets the pace and not you. It is like having to cater to a new born baby. It eats, sleeps and cries whenever it wants something and the parents have to answer that call.

HEY...IT'S WALKING AROUND

If you want your business to take off, to get up and walk around, then it needs business legs so that once trained in, it can stand on its own two feet. Very satisfying to watch your business get up and walk around on its own and perform.

THE ELEPHANTS BUSINESS GRAVEYARD

Statistics and reports loudly claim that you have 6 months to get the business off your life support and on its own. Failure to do so automatically enrolls you in the entrepreneur's "elephant's grave year" where all the once great ideas go to die

LOOK UP TENACITY...wow

Suffer the long hours, the unsteady income and the lows and when they come at you learn to hold your course. Everything will pass and success will come. Long hours, hard work and tenacity is very hard for the failure rate to overcome....

"The Elephants Business Graveyard" - this is so true!

You have a great idea, you try to implement it, but months go by and nothing.   Time to bury it and move on to something else.

Starting a new business can be tough, but you just have to hang in there for the rewards.   Loved your thoughts.

Hello Fred...se la vie...say the French...that's life my friend

Maria...I suspect that word is on borrowed time in your life since you zeroed in on it...What ever you want...You go Maria and dont stop until it answers to you...my best

Earl... I want her to hit the heights and know we were not put here to be defeated...But the forces of defeat do not respect people. Who cares what they think or do...To arms if need be and go take what is truly yours....Tell her that! Earl...

B & B...one of my favorite commenters....The only thing I will add to your thought on "hanging in there" is to use both hands

Hi there Joyce...very true on having a plan of action. A guide and a check off list to make sure one is on top of the game and that they stay there...agreed Joyce

Gin Gin...Real Estate can make you into a man or a mouse. Hearing squeaking from time to time is normal. Getting good at it is not...When things get rough, I just fasten my seat belt and put petal to the metal...Gin...be well and tell your boy to stay focused and objective. The world is his for the taking
