You tell me it isn't totally awesome to stop by to sit with a former client and meet their new 6 month old boxer puppy. Look at those eyes. What a love.

Dogs are the great ice breaker. They put it all out there and are absolutely pure.
Only a face a dog lover could love. We are definitely cut from the same cloth.
Oh wow a white Boxer. Glad you stopped by for a visit. A relationship once established needs to be continually nurtured. A lesson we all probably learned the hard way. Great looking pooch
Hi J. Philip - One of my very favorite parts of this business is the animals we get to meet. I've done a CMA with two parrots sitting on my shoulders, chewing on my lip, and once did a showing accompanied by a very friendly and huge Guinea pig. And there's always the dogs and cats.
Awwww ... adorable! How can you resist a face like that? Puppies are so cute :)
There are no former clients, just clients not yet ready to make their next purchase/sale.
That face is what got her to this customer's home. Exactly why I avoid the pet store windows Phil. There's one near our local movie theater that has little yelpers calling every time we're near.
Oh yes, pets are the best. This one is a cutie for sure. Yesterday I had a customer in Briarcliff who got stuck in traffic for 30 minutes. Luckily the dog and 3 cats were there to entertain me. They were very friendly.
I always get a kick out of a blog like this probably took you 5 minutes to complete and you can rack up the comments, but one of those Ossining market reports is hard pressed to get 5 comments on.
Boxers make wonderful family members! That second picture with him resting his jaw on your knee is so precious! Dogs really are unconditional friends, aren't they!
I particularly liked the second photo with his chin on your knee. Classically cute!
Growing up every boxer I ever met was mean and bit people! Ever since then I have not trusted one, although I have heard they make a great family pet.
I am the gee-he's-never-bit-anyone-before magnet...
Jay- Boxers are actually a very docile breed. They look ferocious, but are actually kind of goofy. But a bite is a bite- sorry about that.
Morgan- True, but I'm not hung up on comments.
Kathryn, that one was really sweet. The dog bonded with me in about a minute!
Myrl, unconditional is absolutely true. Man's best friend.
Debbie, I can think of worse ways to wait for people.
Dagny, that is how I roll ;-)
Kevin, I am the same way.
Barbara- I love your pictures of Rocky.
Tim, that is on magnificant looking dog.
Carie- The answer is that I can't resist. :)
Dick, That must have been a site to see.
Doug, it is like nurturing another family member.
Tammie- yes, a beautiful face. What a love.
Leslie- to me they are among the best evidence of a benevolent God.
John, we had a dog in our wedding! True!
Good morning Phil. You know I read and comment on anything animal. What a great looking dog! Nice post. I hope the Doberman mix you posted on Facebook is as lucky.
We have a neighbor with a white boxer, and he told me that many breeders will...take a white one out of circulation, so it doesn't 'dillute the breed'. Not sure how true that is, but that has made me even fonder of that breed, and the people who have them.
That is one adorable dog. Love the pictures; makes me want to get another.
Puppies are the cutest and so much fun... its the chewing on everything in sight that I dont enjoy.
