All I can say to a consumer is if you can't figure out at least 5 of these, this is why you need a Real Estate professional.

By my calculations you have 135 terms counting those that may have dual uses only once and not the two above the question

Margaret - I'm not sure I deserve it as I used an excel spreadsheet to do the counting for me.

I simply copy and pasted the entire list into excel, deleted the blanks and read the number from the bottom of the list.

I think you have hit all the acronyms I might know related to real estate, things have changed an awful lot since I went back to construction and subsequently retired, but here is one I don't see

WHMIS - workplace hazardous information system - a system that records the hazardous materials that one might come across in the workplace/office something all employers here in Ontario have to have.

When it first came out I had trouble remembering it so I renamed it wild hairy men in shorts

Margaret - The answer I gave was not entirely correct as there are only 131 unique terms in your list the following 4 terms were duplicated in your list which gave the count of 135

Once again I used Excel to find and eliminate the duplicates. As per your request I posted how I did this for all to see.

OH - Open House...(so simple...at least I got one right - because I seriously do not like OH!)
