As the many home sellers in the market have encountered, we got some low offers. Crazy low, so after attempting to get them to a reasonable price, they just needed to continue on their way. We've had a crazy few days with our sellers through a multiple offer situation, but today we've got signatures on a contract and if THIS home was the one you wanted, looks like you waited too long. On to inspections and then on to closing!
